IT Officer

(²½­ñ¡¤¾­£÷É´£º¤¢Ó´ø­¢È¾¸¦¾­)

The main responsibilities for this role include:

 

§ Ensuring that a central point of IT contact is maintained for end users.

§ Providing support for end users in a timely fashion, forwarding calls to appropriate points of escalation.

§ Ensuring media is available for backup.

§ Maintaining IT Asset register.

 

To be successful in this position, you will require:

 

§ Degree in IT or a related field.

§ Significant experience in using and administering Microsoft Windows XP.

§ High Level of competence in using Microsoft Office.

§ Understanding of computer networking.

§ High standard of English reading, writing speaking and comprehension.

§ Must enjoy working with people and team focused.

These positions are on a roster of 28 days on site, followed by 14 days rest leave. Travel to and from your home base is provided by the company. On site accommodation facilities are provided which include sport facilities and laundry services.
