We are looking for strong, highly qualified candidates to fill in the position of Operation Manager. This position is based in Vientiane and will supervise the operation department.   

Key Responsibilities: 

·        Seek continuous improvements and provide support and direction to improve and maintain superior productivity and quality on all jobs

·        Manage and develop operation team including Operation Assistant, Team Leader, Team Leader Assistant, Operators and trainees.

·        Work with project management team regarding task allocation to team leaders and operators

·        Provide leadership and strategic planning for department to support rapid growth of DDD

·        Work with HR team to manage team performance planning and development and performance evaluation.

·        Prepare and manage department budget.

·        Control and manage operation’s downtime, absenteeism, and open seats.

·        Provide production cost and revenue estimation and forecasting

·        Implement new technologies and business solution processes in Operations

·        Manage digitization job allocations and scheduling

·        Design and manage end to end workflows for operation digitization jobs

·        Coordinate closely with other departments including Project Management, IT and HR as well as DDD international Project Management and Sales teams

·        Participate in operator screening, selection and evaluation.

·        Provide training support for advanced trainees.

·        Work with GM and Human Resources Manager to manage all personnel management tasks, including hiring and issue resolution.  

Key Qualifications

·        BS degree in Operation Management, Business, Manufacturing, or IT or related fields, Masters degree a plus

·        At least 3 years experiences in similar position in manufacturing or IT business.

·        Advanced knowledge of IT systems and productivity software such as MS Office.

·        High level of fluency in English (written and spoken skills).

·        Strong problem solving and analysis skills.

·        Strong management and business skills.

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·        Flexible, adaptable, transparent and enthusiastic.

·        Cross cultural understanding.

·        Strong desire to help disadvantaged people in Laos.
